Ultra Music Festival is Officially SOLD OUT for 2017 Iteration
If you didn’t snag your Ultra ticket by now, it might be time to invest in an HDMI cord, for chances are you just might be watching solely from the live stream this year.
Ultra Music Festival announced as of Monday, January 23rd that all GA tickets to the festival have officially sold out, but the festival doesn’t expect to hear any complaints from those who didn’t secure a GA pass for the festival’s nineteenth edition. UMF took to Twitter to trace the advances in sales of GA tickets, urging followers interested in attending the festival recently named as the “#1 Festival in the World”—according to a poll conducted by Your EDM—to buy their tickets before, after, and during the time in which GA tickets were 97% sold out. UMF likewise offered followers GA ticket counts, reporting when 1,000 GA tickets remained, and when only 300 were still available.
Those Ultra savvy enough to have copped a ticket before the festival’s inevitable sell out of GA tickets will hear some of EDM’s finest debut new music under golden Miami skies at Bayfront Park March 24th, 25th, and 26th. Those still interested in attending the festival may do so, but must pay the price for their reluctance to purchase a GA ticket while tickets remained. VIP tickets to UMF are still available, but for a hefty price: tier one begins at $1,2449.95 a ticket. Those shrewd enough to buy an early bird ticket when released early last year certainly got the worm this year, and by worm we mean—you guessed it—Ultra ticket.
