You Really Don't Want to Miss Kaskade's Six City "Spring Fling" Tour
This “Spring Fling” is guaranteed to be much more enjoyable—and much less awkward—than the middle/high school dances that bore the same name years ago. Whether you found yourself cast as a wallflower or as fixture on the dance floor back in those transitional days, this version of a “spring fling” will swap Cascada’s “Everytime We Touch” for “Atmosphere,” “Disarm You,” “Never Sleep Alone,” all the natural staples of six-time Grammy award winner, Kaskade’s musical library.
The 2017 miniature spring tour has its roots in six cities: Washington, DC, New York, New York, Toronto, Ontario, Wahiawa, Hawaii, Seattle, Washington, Chicago, Illinois, with several dates recently added in four of the cities—Washington, New York, Seattle, and Chicago—in response to the rapidity with which tickets to the originally announced shows have since sold, with tickets having gone on sale to the general public on Friday, March 3rd. Tickets to the newly added Echostage date on May 13th will become available for purchase on March 10th—the same applies to Kaskade’s June 17th show at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom. Tickets to the May 17th date at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom, and to the June 7th event at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre are alternatively already on sale.
The Live Nation supported tour will kick off on May 11th at DC’s Echostage venue, and will conclude on June 17th in Chicago, a venture worth the commitment as Kaskade has currently only been announced to appear at two festivals this festival season—a number that may grow as more festivals release their lineups—Mexico’s Pa’l Norte festival taking place from March 31st-April 1st, and Texas’s Middlelands festival, hosted from May 5th-7th.
While this certainly won’t be your “Last Chance” to see the “Automatic” tastemaker, for now, the Spring Fling tour resides as one of the few opportunities to see Kaskade live this coming spring/summer festival season.
