Minus Zero Fest Announces 2nd Headliner, Pierce Fulton, as Rumors Swirl that GRiZ is Headliner to Be Announced
The temperature of the Minus Zero Festival’s lineup is going from “zero to one-hundred” with the festival’s formal announcement of another DJ, in the midst of speculation regarding the rumored appearance of another headliner.
The Minus Zero Festival took to Twitter yesterday, January 19th to declare progressive house DJ/producer, Pierce Fulton, as the festival’s second officially announced artist to appear at the Vermont based festival. Fulton’s announcement follows the festival’s recent reveal of Bassnectar as the event’s first disclosed headliner. The “Runaway” producer and Vermont native, Fulton played Minus Zero’s inaugural edition in 2016.
Minus Zero has now released the names of two prominent DJs set to attend the festival, but don’t think that’s any reason to “hibernate” on the festival—as Minus Zero cautioned in its tweet—for there is far more in store with regard to forthcoming lineup news.
Some of that news seems to be coming sooner rather than later. In a 10:22 AM tweet posted on January 19th by NV Concepts, GRiZ is announced to be the “second headliner” of the Minus Zero Festival. The tweet was swiftly deleted, but followed by another suggestive tweet composed by GRiZ hours later, stating that “something big [is] coming.” Is GRiZ alluding to his supposed performance at the April 7-8th festival? The tweet does seem to surface at a convenient time, perhaps in confirmation of a now deleted NV Concepts tweet. For the most up to date Minus Zero coverage, look to none other than Crust Nation.
