Getter Says Next Album Will Be His Last in Heated Twitter Rant
Getter has announced his anticipated career close in 140-characters or less.
The “666” hit maker took to Twitter to express frustration, the source of which is currently elusive. “I’m going to make this the most memorable album of all tme then dip the f*ck out. Leave my last mark. F*ck all this sh*t,” Getter wrote on Sunday.
Today, the DJ extended his rant, remarking “don’t tell ppl to not let others bother them. We are all sensitive human beings. I’m leaving this “industry” as soon as this album is ready.” The quotation marks placed around “industry” indicate a clear distaste for the music industry on Getter’s behalf. Whether the producer will indeed bow out and step away from the dance music spotlight will remain to be seen--as in the case of Twitter rants, the sentiment may just be the product of the "sensitivity" mentioned by the DJ.
