Warner Music Group has acquired Spinnin’ Records, the Dutch EDM label procured by Warner at a $100-million-dollar price tag, notably Warner’s largest purchase since Parlophone for $765-million in 2013. Sony Music Entertainment and Believe Digital are said to have also made offers to Spinnin’, but to no avail.

Spinnin’ has released music from a variety of powerhouse producers, including Afrojack, Martin Garrix, and Tiesto. The company currently manages Alok, Bassjackers, Bob Sinclair, Chocolate Puma, Kris Kross Amsterdam, Oliver Heldens, Quintino, Sam Feldt, and many more, making it a particularly attractive purchase.
