Preview What's to Come at EDC Las Vegas With Confirmed and Potential Artists to Appear
As the 2017 festival season officially kicks off with the debut of the nineteenth iteration of Ultra Music Festival this coming Friday, March 24th, another mainstay of the season, EDC Las Vegas, begins to receive speculation as to just who will be appearing at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the Insomniac branded event’s 21st birthday.
The three-day affair will span June 16-18th, returning to the Speedway that has long played host to the festival after its massive 20th anniversary celebration the year prior. While the festival’s lineup has yet to be announced, artists have already begun to be confirmed on the EDC sub-reddit. Falling under the title of “confirmed artists” is Frontliner, Nathan Barato, Nicole Moudaber, Firebeatz, Jamie Jonez, Lumberjvck, and Jamie Jones. Producers identified as those possible to appear at the June event are Armin van Buuren, Oliver Heldens, Jauz, Marshmello, Alesso, Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, and Above & Beyond. Eric Prydz is currently confirmed as a performer slated not to play.
With EDC’s coming of legal age this June less than 100 days away, the official lineup is sure to drop soon, but that won’t stop anyone from making a few lineup related predictions. As in classic Vegas style, may luck ever be with those wishing for specific DJs and producers to make the festival’s 2017 lineup.
